In the world, honest and open communcation is imperative and we believe that it leads to success in any undertaking. Communication between the designer and the renovator, the designer and the customer and the renovator and the customer must be maintained at all times. We are pleased to state that this was the case during our prject, with open lines of honest communication between and amoung Anna, Roman and ourselves. Our questions adn concerns were listened to and responded to in a supportive manner. Both Anna and Roman were always available when called upon. The guidance and direction offered to us were very much appreciated since we saw Anna, Roman and Volodymyr as our experts. They did not let us down! ...

We are now using the bathroom, enjoying the results of the hard work and successful planning. Ms Cristofaro, we trust that we can continue to count on your company, along with the support of Anna and Roman, for this curent project should the need arise and we look forward to the potential of working with Marcon and all you have to offer on any future home improvements...

Custom Home Renovations did a major renovation of our main bathroom and ensuite. They even went to the trouble to try to minimize the mess they made! We were very impressed with Roman's approach---he repeatedly stressed that he wanted to 'do the job right'. He refused to cut corners===to him it was more important that the job been done right than quickly putting up some plastic to protect the area so we could shower right away instead of having to wait a few more weeks-- in the heat of the summer!

We are delighted with our renovated bathrooms -----they look even better than we expected!

Re : Custom Home Renovation :

   I have just had a complete renovation of my kitchen by Roman Iourik
and Custom Home Renovation.
   I am very pleased with the finished product. It is exactly what I
wanted in the design and all utilities and appliances operate as expected.
   I had to do very little during the construction period. Roman Iourik,
the contractor, took care of everything. He brought in the plumber,
electrician, and plasterer when needed. All these people were
approachable, helpful and hardworking. They always cleaned up after
themselves and did their jobs well. I really appreciate the fact that I
did not have to look for tradespeople nor did I have to shop for
hardware items.
   Roman Iourik was wonderful ! He was always pleasant and positive in
his attitude. Any changes I wanted were looked after and good advice or
suggestions were given when needed. Roman made the task run smoothly,
always checking to make sure things met with my approval. He made the
whole experience a positive one and I would recommend him to anyone,
especially those who are somewhat reluctant to take on such a big
renovation.
